Swing Check Valve operates in the same manner as ball and cone valves, but the plug that settles over the opening is a disk. Disk and cone valves tend to wear down more because they have more moving parts and because they get bumped around on top of the flow of water when it is turned on.

Swing Check Valve are suitable for nominal pressure PN1.0MPa ~ 42.0MPa, Class150-2500; nominal diameter DN15 ~ 1200mm, NPS1 / 2 ~ 48; working temperature -196 ~ 540 ℃ for various pipeline, used to prevent the media back. Through the use of different materials, applicable to water, steam, oil, nitric acid, acetic acid, strong oxidizing medium and urea and other media.

Applicable to clean media, should not be used to contain solid particles and the viscosity medium.

Installation and use

1 Swing check valve is installed vertically in horizontal pipelines, is used generally in the fully open state.

2 Swing check valve should be installed on the horizontal pipelines, can also be installed in the pipe bottom-up flow of media on the vertical pipe.

3 installation work should be preceded by the following

A relieved nausea cover and foam board at both ends of the valve, clean cavity, remove the grease;

B strip oiled paper on the surface of the valve, remove the grease of the disc surface;

4 the flow media must be limited.

5 the media through the pipe should not take hard particles, prevent to damage the sealing surface.
